Chiltern and South Bucks Builders Partnership Scheme is designed to give those builders who consistently achieve compliance within current Building Regulations, and abide by Building Control protocol the recognition they deserve. Ultimate Construction were successful in their application to join the Builders Partnership Scheme and are part of the first intake when the Scheme was introduced in August 2016.
 
Additionally, as a result of their experience and working relationship with Chiltern and South Bucks Building Control Service Ultimate Construction were appointed to the Chiltern and South Bucks Building Control Services’ Customer Panel. This Panel provides the Building Control Service with valuable information from a customer’s perspective. Ultimate Construction assists the Building Control Department by offering constructive feedback and advice on areas that can be improved.
